As Oscar Wilde once said "Expect the Unexpected"

2025 has definitely been filled with a LOT of unexpected.

Most recently we experienced a burst pipe which caused our well to pump 300 gallons of water into our basement in about 6 minutes.

And by basement, I mean (in part) my studio.
