About Lori

Lori Meeboer is a Canadian fine artist living and working in Corbyville, ON.

Lori attended Trent University in Peterborough and has been studying and honing her unique style for the past two decades.

Lori is heavily influenced by the Canadian Shield, a significant part of her childhood. An avid kayaker, Lori shoots most of her reference photos from kayak trips in Canada.

Her strong, bold and colourful style is intentional, meant to reflect the rugged Canadian landscape. You may also notice a similarity to stained glass mosaic. Lori’s semi abstract mosaicism style has, in part, developed as a result of her work with glass.

Every piece is created with deep admiration for the natural beauty in this world and it is Lori’s hope that it evokes strong memories of your time spent in the great outdoors.
